Job Title/Position:        Commercial Roofing Service Technician

Pay:                             $22-$30 Per Hour / Based on Experience

Hours:                         7:00AM to 5:00 P.M.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Inspect, maintain, and repair commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, metal, etc.).
Troubleshoot leak calls and carry out repairs with precision
Document the job done with full reports and images.

Always maintain job-site cleanliness and safety compliance.
Communicate efficiently with service managers and customers.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

• One (1) year of construction experience
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• TPO
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a drug screen upon job offer.

• High-visibility clothing
