Staff Mid-America is hiring for an Account Manager / Outside Sales Representative. The objective and function is to solicit and prospect new business to the Company and overseeing the accounts for the staffing coordinators.
Job Duties:
-Working day is devoted to outside solicitation of new clientele, as well as phone calls and follow-ups.
-Generate leads and set appointments for new clients.
-Update and maintain client prospect database.
-Maintain or exceed new account and sales goals.
Requirements:
-1+ Year of outside sales, preferred in the Staffing Industry, not mandatory.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
-High school diploma or GED, college degree preferred.
-Maintain a neat, professional appearance and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Computer experience required including knowledge of Outlook and Windows.
-Must pass a Clean criminal background and a drug screen.
Will be directly working with the Operations Manager, as well as the staffing managers.
