Job Title/Position:       First shift / Mow Crew Member

Pay:                                      $16.00 – $18.00 per hour based on experience

Hours:                                7.00 AM -3.30 PM. Monday – Friday

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality turf and lawn areas across residential and commercial properties. This role involves the use of mowing equipment, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within a team to deliver clean, consistent results.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform mowing, edging, and blowing tasks to maintain the appearance of turf and property lines.
• Ensure proper care and cleanliness of equipment before and after use.
• Assist in basic lawn care services such as weed control, overseeding, and minor turf repair.
• Report any equipment issues or property concerns to the Crew Leader promptly.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized job site.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete daily route schedules.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experience with commercial mowing equipment (stand-on, walk-behind, or zerp-turn mowers) preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to help troubleshoot equipment problems in the field.
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail, especially with edging and trimming work.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions effectively.
