Job Description/Responsibilities:

Custodians oversee keeping buildings and workspaces clean and tidy. Cleans and maintains building areas using correct and approved methods and supplies. follows a well-established pattern.

While performing the duties of this job, the person is frequently expected to stand and walk. This is a physically demanding job that needs constant standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, and crouching. The employee must often lift and transport goods weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without suitable accommodation.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience preferred

• Attention to detail

• Ability to listen and understand spoken information and ideas

• Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs and lift, push, pull or carry objects.
