Bakery Production (1st / 2nd / 3rd Shifts)
Pay: $17.00-20.00 per hour to start but based of experience

Job Overview:
This position plays a critical role in supporting daily production operations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Abide by all company regulations, policies, work procedures, GMPs, and instructions.
- Follow all safety and SQF Food Safety rules and use appropriate safety equipment.
- Perform lock out/tag out procedures as required.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of potential hazards.
- Load and unload materials or products on the production line.
- Pack, label, and organize finished goods in accordance with company standards.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the Lead or Supervisor.
- Communicate daily issues, problems, and observations to the Lead or Supervisor.
- Consistently practice safe work habits and maintain awareness of potential hazards and report all situations to the Lead or Supervisor.
- Understand and comply with all food safety policies, procedures, and programs outlined in the Company’s Food Safety Manual.
- Assist with line changeovers and emptying trash as required.
- Support other departments as needed and perform other general labor duties as assigned.
- Carry out additional duties as directed by the Lead or Supervisor.
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Physically capable of lifting 25–50 lbs. as required

- Schedule is 6 days per week.
- Overtime and weekend work may be required depending on production needs.
