Job Title/Position:   First Shift Housekeeper

Pay:                             $16.00 per hour

Hours:                         8:00 A.M. to 5:00 PM / Weekends are required

Job Overview:

The housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas within a hotel. They ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests by performing various housekeeping and customer service tasks.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Cleaning Guest Rooms: Regularly dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Changing Linens and Towels: Replacing used linens and towels with fresh ones for guest comfort.
• Restocking Supplies: Ensuring guest rooms are well-stocked with amenities like toiletries, tissues, and clean towels.
• Providing Customer Service: Addressing guest requests and inquiries courteously and efficiently.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

• Cleaning Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform various cleaning tasks.
• Physical Stamina: The job requires physical activity, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Customer Service Skills: Being friendly, helpful, and responsive to guest needs.
• Time Management: Efficiently managing time and tasks to complete all responsibilities.
