Staff Mid-America is seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Account Manager who are highly motivated, outgoing, driven, and self-starters. This is a direct full-time position with our company at Staff Mid-America.
Responsibilities and duties of the job are: Developing relationships with current clients, calling new potential clients, develop/maintain social media campaigns, assist with job fairs, track and document activity accurately, perform all office functions including: registering applicants, answering phone calls, scheduling/performing interviews, coordinating applicants with open positions, screening for new/existing positions, etc.
Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organization skills, ability to multi-task and set priorities, great computer skills and phone etiquette, excellent grammar and spelling, and must have reliable transportation.
Bilingual is required for one of the positions. The bilingual position will be based out of our west office on 110th Street.
Not mandatory, but would prefer 1 years’ experience in non-medical staffing field.
Hours are M-F 8am-5pm. This position offers full benefits with paid holidays.
Pay rate will be based on experience.
