Position: Meat Cutters!
Cold working environment
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!!!
BACKGROUND CHECK FRIENDLY!!!!!!
$13.00-14.00 – 1st shift – 6:30-4:30 (some shifts may vary) – Mon-Sat
$13.50-14.50 – 2nd shift. 3:30-11:30 (some shifts may vary) – Mon-Sat
Must be able to work in the cold and stand for long periods of time.
Misc. duties to include but not limited to:
Properly trim product to customer specifications.
Separate all trim and fat into proper containers to be boxed off or placed in combo.
Work efficiently and consistently to prevent unneeded downtime.
Make sure scales are in working condition and handled properly.
Properly sanitize any equipment that falls on the floor.
Clean and sanitize all equipment at the beginning and end of each shift.
Store all knives in scabbard and/or other equipment in designated areas when not in use.
Use assigned hook to handle product when necessary; never use knife to pull or throw away product.
Maintain a clean working area at all times.
