| 1. Breaks
a. Will take breaks when packaging line breaks . 2. General Duties - can be asked to do any of these throughout the day a. Label and make cardboard boxes b. Label packages and pack into boxes c. Place meat or vegetables into packages d. Place bags of meat in cryovac machine to be packaged e. Open boxes of meat and place bags of meat on table. f. Take those same bags of meat and open for the meat trimmers 3. Safety a. Wears all company supplied PPE & Follows all Safety Precautions 4. Food Safety a. Wears a White Frock b. Follows all SQF, GMP and SSOP policies 5. End of Shift a. Cleans up area and checks with supervisor prior to leaving.
